New leadership with Jeff Orr and Marisela Lewis to continue the innovation in the impact and value for clients and products

Ventana Research announces the hiring of Jeff Orr as SVP of Products. Jeff manages the firm’s overall products including the advisory, digital and research services. Jeff is an experienced strategic leader, product developer, editor and industry analyst who has accelerated both organizational and industry growth initiatives. He is passionate about the confluence of human and machine interaction and the new, resulting experiences.
Prior to joining Ventana Research, Orr spent more than 30 years in the industry as an analyst, consultant, marketing and research arena. Working with ABI Research, IQPC, Cambridge Innovation Institute, The Walt Disney Company, WiMax Forum, Proxim and Diamond Multimedia, his experience ranges from large corporations to small privately held companies where he has helped shape products and their inevitable success. Jeff attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in addition to completing business and marketing courses at the University of California at Berkeley and University of California at Santa Cruz. He is also an Oregon State University Certified Master Gardener.

She has helped the firm advance its operational processes and will now lead the client success plan, sharply focused on the needs and experience of our clients. This new leadership position will optimize the firm’s end-to-end client journey from first touch to overall satisfaction and success. Marisela is a seasoned business professional who has had repeated success executing high-priority client engagements, while elevating the overall experience. Mari manages a client success team in charge of high-value subscription and digital content. Client success is the main point of contact for our clients, handling interactions from the initial engagement, delivery, fulfillment and value realization. Mari works seamlessly to unify the firm’s teamwork to that single client mission with a collaborative and genuine approach. She has a passion for people, creativity, and chocolate and has a degree in Visual Communications from F.I.D.M., San Francisco.
