HONG KONG, October 19, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ — Elevator Pitch Competition, “EPiC” in short, is a fun-filled international start-up event organised by Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation. 100 start-ups have been selected to pitch their ideas in a 60-second elevator ride at the International Commerce Centre, the most iconic skyscraper in Hong Kong.
Well Being Digital Limited (WBD101) announced that it has been selected as 1 of the 100 Finalists in the EPiC event on Nov 2nd 2017. Its SmartBody Sensing technology is anchored by almost 50 patents and have been adopted by major brands like Harman Kardon in the JBL Reflect Fit (heart rate sensing earphones) and also one of the Top 3 Japanese audio brand (a heart rate sensing sports earphones that is to be announced in Nov 2017). Besides supporting brands developing their sports products, SmartBody Sensing is also used in Skytech’s healthcare wristbands that is profiled in Singapore’s National Steps Challenge Season 3 and other fitness and healthcare products.
